How long will you need chiropractic care?

You'll need chiropractic care as long as you live in Scarborough and encounter physical, chemical or emotional stress that you cannot adapt to or accommodate. Ready to get started? Call our office today.

Are aches and pains good or bad?

While aches or pains may be unpleasant, they're merely warning signs. As a Scarborough chiropractor, I see this all the time. The pain is not the problem! It just means a limitation has been reached and something needs to change. That's when we get to work correcting the underlying cause.

At your first visit, you will be meeting with Dr. Carroll or Dr. Meg for an initial consultation. During this consultation you will go over your case history; the doctor will share with you about chiropractic care; you will receive a complete spinal analysis, and then you will complete a health status questionnaire, which will give the doctors a more complete view of your life right now.

When you complete your initial appointment, you will need to set up a Report of Findings, so that the doctor can report to you what she has found in the exam and initial consultation. She will create an initial care plan to meet your specific needs.

The initial visit fee of $125 includes the Report of Findings. The fee for an office visit is $35.

The Chiropractic Family Wellness Center is a cash practice. This means that we deal directly with you in regards to your care and the payment for your care. This eliminates the hassle of another party deciding upon the kind of care and health your body will receive.

If you do have insurance, we will be happy to give you an insurance receipt for your payments, and you can send that in to your insurance company; they will reimburse you directly.
